Bail was set at $20,000 this week for a Pontiac man charged with unlawful presence within a school zone by a child sex offender. 19-year-old Brett Cosby is accused of loitering within 500 feet of Pontiac Township High School, having been convicted of criminal sexual abuse. Cosby is due back in Livingston County Court next month.
